SIAVRTC stands for Solomon Islands Association of Vocational Rural Training Centers and is headquartered in Honiara, Guadalcanal, national capitol of the Solomon Islands. The non-profit entity serves as an umbrella organization established for the Solomon Islands Association of Vocational Rural Training Centres (SIAVRTC) and non-formal educational institutions for young men and women in the Solomon Islands. This small organization oversees 123 rural training centers across the country, often located in remote areas where they provide crucial educational materials and vocational project opportunities.

SIAVRTC plays a vital role in the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sector of the Solomon Islands.​

It supports the delivery of services to 123 national training providers under its mandate.​

The organization works to improve the standard of vocational training in the country focusing on providing students of each program with adequate knowledge and practical project experience to support self sufficiency and productivity within leadership roles at their rural island home communities.

SIAVRTC has been instrumental in making training center training more inclusive of and accessible for females, resulting in a 230% increase in enrollment amongst female students.​

The association provides site selection, organizational, logistical and curriculum development guidance to Power United.​​
